New member suggestion.

Hi all,
I have been relaxing working on updating Chris Lees (leezer) Plymouth route. It is now all .csv and .png with where possible the transparency set at black (0,0,0).
It is a great route to drive and even more fun now with working AWS particularly in the Cl. 108.
Just want to know if we'd consider bringing him into the fold.

As far as I'm concerned he would be welcome, as long as he knows that we are not making any public announcements until we have some substantial content here. Obviously the more of the leading developers we can get in support of BVE5 the better.
