Where am I?

Walking through London the other evening, I spotted this model in the window of a company of professional designers:
I only had access to one side of the model, and there was no caption visible, but I recognised the location straight away. So (just for fun!) where is it?
Clue: It's within Southern territory, and is that a tram I can see...?

Quite correct, Mick!
For me it was the round tower which gave it away - I used to drive past there nearly every day when I lived in Croydon.
